With versatility, reliability and longevity in mind… e.max is unmatched in clinical success. With biocompatible lithium disilicate ingots, e.max offers optimized esthetic properties, creating restorations that offer true-to-natural results.
Over 40 million restorations have been fabricated with Empress. Why? This Leucite reinforced glass ceramic offers intrinsic esthetics. Empress continues to deliver consistent results with a widely recognized reputation for cosmetic results.
P2Z (Porcelain-To-Zirconia) restorations offer the structural strength of Zirconia and the esthetics of e.max. A ceramic overlay provides enhanced light transmission properties and excellent blending capabilities for a natural look.
Our new full-contour ZEUS Zirconia restorations still offer CAD/CAM precision and high strength, but are now more translucent and natural-looking than traditional Zirconia.
An exceedingly refined restoration that now combines CAD/CAM precision; high-strength and translucency; proprietary MicroDental Smile Library; and the artistic touch of our master ceramists.
A new premium, highly translucent Zirconia material from Ivoclar Vivadent that provides natural-looking properties inspired by the esthetics of e.max lithium disilicate.
Gold continues to be the restoration of choice for many clinicians due to its longevity and functional success. With high noble, semi-precious, and non-precious options, full-metal remains a proven material choice for a wide-range of clinical needs.
PFM (Porcelain-Fused-To-Metal) is a great option for dentists seeking a restoration that combines longevity and natural-looking internal characteristics. The underlying coping provides the strength and stability of a natural tooth, while the ceramic coating replicates a natural look.
Composite restorations offer dentists a true-to-natural restoration that is designed to parallel the physiological aspects of natural teeth. Technicians can achieve consistent, accurate shade reproduction from case to case.
Implant Retained Restorations
Implant restorations are rapidly being accepted as the standard of care when treating edentulous or partially edentulous patients. Implant-based restorations offer excellent stability, function, and esthetic results. Commonly used abutment materials: Titanium, Zirconia, and gold hue Titanium.
Hybrid dentures are proven replacements for removable prostheses worn by edentulous patients. A custom titanium implant bar is milled using precise CAD/CAM technology. Acrylic teeth are processed to the bar, and fixed in the mouth via abutment screws.
These types of dentures are referred to as overdentures and can be removed by the patient. Once the bar is milled with precise CAD/CAM technology and implanted, the denture is constructed with internal attachments and engaged to the bar for esthetic and functional results.
This FDA cleared implant abutment system uses the shape memory material, Nitinol, to create an entirely new attachment between a restoration and a dental implant. Now the need for cement or screws when attaching the restoration to the dental implant has been eliminated.
Complete dentures are a viable option for patients that are not candidates for implant-based alternatives. Featuring high-performance materials and a range of denture teeth options, complete dentures offer a functional alternative that is both esthetic and durable.
With MicroDental Visiclear Partial Dentures, you can count on a lightweight framework and beautiful esthetics. Made with flexible material and a 100% metal-free design, this product allows for improved patient satisfaction, comfort, and easy chairside adjustments.
With exceptional strength, many partially edentulous patients find the Valplast Flexible Partial to be a comfortable option. This tissue colored flexible framework offers superior esthetics over visible metal clasps. The results of this flexible partial are beautiful, and patient satisfaction is high.
Duraflex Partial Dentures are easy to adjust and also easy to polish. DuraFlex flexible partials are thin, transparent, and resistant to water absorption, making them less likely to absorb stains or odors.
A Stay Plate is a temporary partial denture used while the gums and supporting bone are healing after an extraction, and before getting a partial denture. A Stay Plate will replace the missing tooth or teeth, and can assist with chewing and/or speaking until the partial denture is delivered.
Wironium Partial Dentures are a premium, strong, cast metal partial. Wironium is similar to a Type III Gold and is a high heat Cr-Co system (Nickel and Beryllium free) whose added Nitrogen formula allows for lighter-weight framework that withstands chairside adjustments.
Vitallium Partial Denture alloys are an alternative to Wironium. This Chrome-Cobalt alloy (Nickel and Beryllium free), presents a strong partial framework that withstands chairside adjustments.
With excellent retention, ClearMet clasps are tooth bearing and can engage up to 90% into undercut. Occlusal rests can be placed to stop settling and reduce sore spots with less adjusting. Also great for temporary implant restorations.
