CAD/CAM DESIGNER (MicroDental Dublin Laboratory Location) . . .

New Location - moving to Livermore early 2018 (MicroDental Dublin Laboratory)

We are looking for a Dental CAD/CAM Designer to join our talented team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design dental CAD framework, full contour crowns, bridges, veneers and diagnostic wax ups
• Read, interpret and design dental restorations to client's specifications by using a dental CAD software program
• Proficient in 3Shape designing software
• Proficient in dental anatomy and terminology
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, while consistently producing quality restorations
• Excellent computer skills, communication and problem-solving skills

PRODUCTION SUPPORT CLERK (MicroDental Dublin Laboratory Location) . . .

LOCATION: New Location - moving to Livermore early 2018 (MicroDental Dublin Laboratory)

We are looking for individuals who are self-starters, detail oriented, team players and possess basic computer skills.

POSITION: Production Support Clerk

Receiving/Shipping Dental Cases

Responsibilities include: process incoming shipments from Dr’s, unpacking, documenting, and disinfecting items received (impressions, crowns, etc). Assign cases to proper lab function and classification. Prepare and verify all paperwork and items produced. Pack items for outbound shipment processing. Ensure areas are stocked with appropriate shipping supplies.
Position requires the ability to stand 90% of the day.

Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

ORTHODONTIC TECHNICIAN (MicroDental Dublin Laboratory Location) . . .

We are a collaborative group that is looking for technicians who want to go above and beyond for their customers.

We are currently seeking an experienced Orthodontic Technician to join our Removable Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and perform work according to doctor’s prescription
• Able to examine and clean models free of any bubbles or small pulls, check bite/mounting
• Identify and reject cases that have concerns for any reason (i.e. material choice unclear, distortions present that may interfere with fit, form or function) and alerting appropriate party to address the issue
• Crosscheck duplicate models/mountings

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledge of block out, waxing, acrylic finishing of orthodontic appliances required
• Must understand orthodontic prescription and have a working knowledge of dental terminology
• Must have knowledge of different splint designs including canine guidance, anterior guidance, NTI, flat plane, gelb
• Knowledge of pressure form appliances required
• Use of hand tools required
• Good manual dexterity required
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated
• Removable orthotic knowledge a plus
