ACCOUNTING CLERK (MicroDental California, Livermore, CA)

MicroDental Laboratories is a world-class, rapidly growing, global company with strong benefit packages and great long-term stability. We operate in over 25 locations in North America as both MicroDental Laboratories and Modern Dental Laboratory USA. With our focus on Quality, Value, and Legendary Customer Care, our Centers are devoted to building strong and lasting relationships with our dentists and their team members. We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized Accounting Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, including invoicing and payments.

• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, mail and filing

• Assist with tax preparation and filing

• AR and AP entries and administration

• Ensure all transactions matched with statements and financial records and that all files are up-to-date and accurately labeled

• Maintain and organize accounts payable registers and check remittances

• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:

• Clear understanding and proven experience in accounting and accounting principles

• Previous work experience in a bookkeeper or similar role

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to solve problems and communicate effectively through multiple channels- including phone, email and in-person

• Keep files up-to-date and accurately labeled

• Very good working knowledge of MS Office, and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, etc.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
