Chris Morris brings over 30 years of experience in the dental lab industry, with a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and a deep commitment to excellence in dental technology and patient care. Known for his strategic insight and dedication to quality, Chris has successfully fostered collaborative cultures throughout his career.
As CEO of MicroDental Laboratories, he is ready to lead the company into a future of growth and continued success, advancing its mission to deliver cutting-edge dental solutions and superior service to clients and patients alike.
Ivan Siu
Chief Financial Officer
Ivan Siu graduated from Walter A. Haas School of Business of the University of California, Berkeley, with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is a certified public accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ivan has over ten years of experience in accounting, auditing, and internal control. He has held various senior management positions in United States and Hong Kong listed companies, where he was responsible for internal audits, daily financial operations, and compliance with the applicable rules and regulations.
He also worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in both the United States and Hong Kong offices, during which he audited the work of listed companies and initial public offering projects.
Kevin Hudi
Executive Vice President of Strategy
Kevin Hudi brings more than 23 years of experience in the dental industry to his role and leads long-term strategic growth initiatives to position the organization for sustained success and industry leadership.
He spent 10 years as Vice President of Operations at Dental Services Group, overseeing operational performance across the organization, before moving to Affordable Care LLC, where he served as Vice President of Manufacturing for 8 years, leading manufacturing operations supporting one of the country's largest networks of dental practices.
This career progression reflects more than two decades of deep industry knowledge and has given Kevin a distinctive perspective on how execution and strategy intersect in the dental space. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, driven operational excellence, and led initiatives that strengthen business performance while enhancing patient care.
In his current role, Kevin focuses on advancing MicroDental Laboratories' strategic priorities, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the organization remains well-positioned for the future of dental manufacturing and services.
Eric Hill
Director of Technical Operation
With 27 years of experience in the dental industry, Eric has been a key player in pioneering the digital transformation at MicroDental Laboratories. He has played a vital role in integrating digital technology from its early stages, leveraging his deep expertise in IOS scanners, design, and advanced milling and printing.
Eric’s extensive knowledge across all major IOS systems, coupled with his decades of hands-on experience, has made him an invaluable asset to the team. He has worked with, trained, and advised dental professionals nationwide, helping them harness the power of cutting-edge technology to enhance patient care.
As Director of Technical Operations, Eric continues to drive innovation and excellence in MicroDental's digital services, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of dental technology.
Ye Liu
Director of Administration
Ye Liu has been a valued part of the MicroDental Laboratory team since 2018, graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, with a major in mass communication.
As the Director of Administration, she oversees key administrative functions across the MicroDental network of labs and ensures efficient operations that support the company’s commitment to quality dental solutions. Her expertise in communication and organizational leadership has been instrumental in streamlining processes and enhancing team collaboration across the network.
Vivian Reiser
Director of Customer Solutions
With over 20 years of experience in the financial and healthcare industries, Vivian Reiser is a cornerstone of leadership at MicroDental, elevating customer service for both independent practices and Dental Service Organizations. She is dedicated to understanding the strategic and operational needs of doctors’ businesses and focuses on implementing impactful programs that support growth and success.
Vivian excels in managing partner and client escalations, providing innovative solutions that draw on MicroDental’s full range of lab services, including specialized prosthodontics, implantology, esthetic restorations, and digital dentistry. These capabilities allow MicroDental to deliver customized, precise, and high-quality solutions for dental practices of all sizes.
In addition to supporting doctors' clinical needs, Vivian cultivates partnerships with key accounts, industry influencers, dental organizations, and strategic partners who share MicroDental’s commitment to service excellence and quality. Working closely with the Executive Team, Lab Managers, and Sales and Marketing teams, Vivian ensures that business development and service initiatives are aligned, creating a cohesive, collaborative network focused on advancing client satisfaction and patient outcomes.
James Awbery
Director of Facilities
With over 27 years of experience at MicroDental and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, James Awbery brings a wealth of operational expertise and a proven ability to drive efficiency and innovation. Joining the company as an inventory clerk in 1998, James advanced through various roles, ultimately managing Inventory Control and Facilities. He played a key role in implementing processes that improved accuracy, reduced costs, and supported the company's growth. His extensive experience across multiple departments has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of operational needs and challenges.
As Director of Facilities, James oversees the maintenance, space planning, lab design, and lease management for 14 North American locations. He also leads health and safety initiatives, working closely with lab management to ensure facilities are optimized for the dental industry's evolving needs. James is dedicated to creating high-performing, adaptive workspaces that enable MicroDental to remain at the forefront of dental solutions and continue its leadership in the industry.
