In this lecture and hands-on workshop, Dr. Marvin Berlin teaches a step-by-step chairside mock-up workflow for prepless and minimal-prep veneers, along with efficient photography, quick video editing, material selection, shade and texture techniques, and simple communication strategies—so attendees leave ready to deliver instant smiles on Monday morning. -

Getting Started with Sleep Appliances
Presented by Dr. Steve Carstensen
Adding a new service to a busy practice is challenging. It requires new skills in team building, systems creation, and time management. Billing, continuing care, and appointment systems will all be impacted, so focusing on the rewards available will energize your team to make a bigger difference in your patients’ health than you thought possible. This course is specifically designed for dentists who have completed some sleep courses and are unsure about how to initiate therapy and integrate it into their day-to-day practice. -
The Troublesome Connection Between TMD and Airway
Presented by Dr. Steve Carstensen
When patients present to dental offices with TMD and head pain, most dentists don’t ask about other somatic pain syndromes or take a detailed history that might reveal airway problems. This lecture establishes why TMD & airway are often linked, provides tools to help manage chronic conditions, and positions dentists as experts in helping patients achieve greater overall health. -
Airway Therapy for the Primary Care Dental Team
Presented by Dr. Steve Carstensen
An overview of sleep disordered breathing and what the dental team can do about it. We begin with the basics: sleep, dental appliances, and the crucial role nasal function plays in respiration. We’ll discuss how to work with sleep physicians, medical insurance interaction, AND the "ABCs" of marketing. Then we go a bit beyond the basics: complications, titration and follow-up testing, and team development. -
