JR. IT SPECIALIST (MicroDental California, Livermore, CA)

We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized individual for the position of IT Specialist with working experience with several operating systems and software applications to join our talented team on-site in Livermore, California.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users

  • Handle CRM and digital scanner support help desk escalations through tickets or phone

  • Troubleshooting, user support, and assisting in the implementation of technology solutions that improve data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and user experience

  • Deliver user training, create user guides, and provide ongoing support for CRM and digital systems

  • Open and close service ticket requests, as well as managing the classification, assignment, tracking, and completion of requests

  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and digital optimization

  • Maintain/develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for stakeholders

  • Ensure that resolutions are consistent with company standards and IT security and policies

  • Help identify and implement innovative solutions for customers

  • All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications:

  • Computer science or business or analytics degree or relevant IT experience a plus

  • Experience working in or supporting IT help desk environment is a plus

  • Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook emails, Excel skills

  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written to a wide range of end-users

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks among many competing requests

  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn with a can-do attitude

  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours or a modified schedule to support planned activities or emergency situations

  • Ability to work in teams and in a team environment

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
