We are looking for a determined, high energy, well-organized individual for the position of Stain and Glaze Technician to join our company.
*Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.*

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
Precisely apply stains and glazes to dental restorations according to the dentist’s prescription and shade guide
Perform minor corrections to porcelain restorations like patching margins or adjusting contours
Operate a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment
Inspect restorations for accuracy in color, translucency, and overall appearance before finalizing
Maintain clean equipment and work area, following proper sanitation protocols
Additional duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, terminology, and techniques preferred
Previous experience in relevant field with a good productive mindset and skill set
High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards
Strong communication skills: ability to identify and address any issues during the fabrication process
Excellent hand/eye coordination
Team players are a must with willingness to learn new responsibilities
Ability to multi-task and is self-motivated
High School diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
