DENTAL LAB - SALES LEAD (MicroDental Laboratories, Multiple Locations)

We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized individual for the position of Sales Lead to join our company.

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
Create new business opportunities through market research, networking and lead generation
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, product knowledge, competitive landscape and technical developments to increase business opportunities
Manage sales process from prospecting and nurturing leads to closing deals and ensuring a positive customer experience
Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, analyze sales metrics, and monitor performance
Attend trade shows, meetings, and other events as required, accommodating regular travel, both local and national destinations
Provide coaching to sales representatives; motivate, train, and support team to achieve sales targets, lead team in adapting to business needs as they change, managing multiple tasks and roles simultaneously
Maintain assigned budget while increasing financial performance and revenue growth
All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sales, marketing, or business
A minimum of 10 years of dental sales experience is required
5+ years of supervisory/management experience is required
Ability to demonstrate consultative sales skills
Ability to manage customers and direct reporting employees nationally, across different time zones
Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Excellent ability to communicate both written/oral -high competency in customer service and solution mindset
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in leads tracking and conversion metrics
Ability to travel regularly, accommodating overnight/weekend stays as needed
Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a company MVR check
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year + competitive commission structure
